Scent

Prepare your work area and gather your materials. Place your gel into an electric melting pot or melting pot on the stove burner on med/low heat.
Step 2
Heat gel to 230 degrees Fahrenheit and keep it at this temperature until the gel appears as a clear liquid. Place your burning instruction label on the bottom of the jar. Place the wick tape on the bottom of the wick and then center and place the wick into the jar, secure wick into the wick bar so it is centered in the jar.
Step 3
Add your fragrance (no more thean 1/2 ounce per lb. of gel) and stir well with a metal or plastic spoon. Keep stirring and when you think you have stired well enough, stir some more to ensure that the fragrance is blended with the gel properly. Allow the gel to cool to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
